So my goober is making a buzzing. Not a joke and I have smoked in an hr

So a couple weeks ago I was sitting in a chair and I thought my phone was in vibrate but when I looked down to get it I noticed nit wasn't there. My goodlber is actually buzzing. I'm not slangin goober round town and only go after the high class pay 4 play ###.

My goober is still buzzing or vibrating. It will happen when it's not full of juice and when it is. The other day i was taking a shower and nit started doing it for a more prolonged period of time and with increasing intervals.
I'm not really old and I am monogamous, especially if I'm at home.
But dead srius has anyone had any thing like this happen.
I am a frikin dog so in the morning when the gate opens I run and I don't quit til I'm put back up and fed and then I get good sleep.
But my dammmm goober is buzzing. It's like bzzzzzzzzzzz. Bzzzzzzzzzzzz. Bzzzzzzzzzzzz. Bzzzzzzzzzzzz. And will go on for a couple minutes. It will be infrequent sometimes abdnothers it just feels like it's gonna buzz off my coin purse.
Sonits not the whole goober. It's about 4" from the body and about an inch or so from the, I guess, tip? (That's with not excitement going on)
When it's looking for the sun it's still in the same area. About an inch from the .tip. hate to say that crap but this is real. So excited goob it's prob 8-9" from base and maybe just over an inch from end of it.
The buzzing or vibrating (literally only way tk explain it) will be intense sometimes and not so intense others but still very noticeable.
I can't feel it buzzing thru just touch but def buzzing because that sensitive.
The only issue I have (besides that) is volitigo and the bottom half of my wang is very white while the top half looks darker than it should because of the vitiligo. I have searched or googled it because I don't want an algorithm trying to push goober meds to my ip but I'm a little concerned.
When I say top half is white bc of vilitigo I mean if it was like a hot dog laying on a table the bottom of the circumference is very white (almost mo pigment) and top half of circumference is dark.
Idk if that could have something to do with it.
