What moment is your best ACC pride moment? When you felt the most proud to stick your chest out about the ACC?

I didn't realize we have that Pride thing going on at Clemson. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

Thinking back over the years, the ACC hasn’t done much for Clemson. Some of my best memories were the Gator Bowls with my family.

Never, our championships were for Clemson not for the ACC. Conferences don’t win games, teams do. To h*ll with the ACC

When the ACC network was launched. I beam with pride watching Duke Basketball documentaries while not being distracted by live ACC sports. I'm very proud of my laser tag games, wall climbing cars, and Christmas strobe lights from respected companies. I'm proud to know what Mark Packer's basement looks like from the networks signature talk show.

If I'm being honest, it's Jimmy V's national championship in basketball.

I have had lots of pride in Clemson, especially academically and the three football nattys.
The ACC has never done anything for me or what I care about.

I do not pull for or much support the ACC or any other conference. I like it when our rivals lose. (FSU is giving me great joy this year.)
That said I think Clemson got to the top of college football as a member of the ACC. SC tried the independent route and went nowhere.
SC and Arkansas both joined the SEC I think in 1992 and I cannot see that it has helped either program much at all. Nebraska, Penn State and Maryland joined the Big 10 and nothing particularly good has come of that. PSU last won a Natty as an independent. Nebraska won Natty's before and not after joining the big10
Clemson and FSU have each won 3 fooball Nattys as members of the ACC.
Aside from getting more money I do not expect Clemson to benefit much at all from moving to a different conference. I do not expect that I will watch more games played by other conference teams no matter where Clemson ends up.
Go Tigers!!
