Fair enough. I'd point out the mistakes to my son but not question his effort like some have on here. I doubt any of them out there didn't want to win the game.

I might would agree if they didn’t get paid. However they are not kids in any stretch of the word. They are 18+ year old adults. Period.

these kids make more than I do and I have two degrees and a masters.....But I try not to bash them too much, but I will if its warranted. But Ill mostly blame the coaches

1. I'm not seeing any real hate for players, or even criticism.
2. Even if there is some scattered criticism, players are not children. They're legal adults.
3. They're not just legal adults, they're paid, professional athletes, many of which make more money than you. But they get to be immune from criticism?

I said imagine if it were ur kid in the game. I mean my 7 year old makes mistakes in baseball and I get upset at him. Ragging them online is a pathetic look tho. I've done it tho too. It's just a bad look. People act like some of these kids don't want to win.

Not blaming the kids!! This is poor coaching at every level…. And Cade seems like a good kid, but just isn’t a big game QB…. And as a coach, I’d have 47 in the game 90+ % of the time…. Just my single opinion….

No! They are now paid. They lost that argument. Sorry, but years ago, I would agree, but now they are paid for education and to perform. No way. Paid employees that are now judged by performance. Sorry but as a father, I get tbe old thinking, but once you are marketing 6 figures plus, you better be prepared to produce success! Life sucks, the players wanted this now they have it!!!

I get the arguement. I yelled at Cade on TV during the play. Just don't like the comments about lack of effort. Those guys want the win more then any of us. Imagine how they feel right now. They actually played the game.

2. They are professional athletes, not kids. These "Kids" are making more money than I have in three years.
3. Cade showed he is not a big time player. That's NOT hate, that's simply staying a fact. But other than the 4th quarter I thought he played well. But you got to finish games.
4. This game was on the coaches. Mostly offensive coaches. But yeah I know we are depleted on the line, but the play calling got too conservative.

These “kids” are making money, getting free rides, and bouncing around school to school chasing the highest bidders. No loyalty. This is semi-professional football and they deserve and get paid to take all the booing and criticism fans dish out. Just like the multimillionaire coaches.

Whe you’re 18+ you’re no longer a kid, albeit YES someone’s kid / child.
Secondly when you’re possibly getting PAID $100k + and a full ‘ship this comes with expectations.
