the pistol was a present. Had I bought it I would have selected nickle plating with pearl handles. It wouldn't kill any more or less but I'd be pretty. I consider it one of the nicest things I've ever gotten.

son who bought it. I'm using the console to watch movies. I will be waiting at the counter when GT7 hit the stores. I'm not a gamer but I love F1 and any road-track racing and that's the purpose of the console.

I've order some hollow points for carrying but have FMJ in it now. I looked into extended mags but I opted to practice and make every shot count. I pray I'll never need it but like the mask, I'll wear it to remind me to stay the hail away from the idiots.

It looked like a 45. I hope you never have to use it but don't be scared if you do. Their are a lot of good defense ammo out there. Their seems to be less of a shortage for 45s compared to the 9s

The first round to go into the mag is difficult. Its gets progressively more difficult to put the other 7 in with the last being almost impossible for a 68 yr old who hasn't worked with his hands in five or six weeks now.
I suspect getting several more mags might be the way to go so target practice won't take more time loading than firing. I have practiced squeezing the trigger without moving the sight but until I can do that proficiently I won't fire a live round. I will probably buy a few practice rounds.
Does anyone recommend a loader which might make the process of getting a 45 round in a mag easier?

I have been looking for a good 45. One that does not jam, don't have a heavy trigger pull and accurate. Let me know how that one works. I was hoping to get a double stack but don't have to have it if it meet the other thing mentioned.
