Not sure where Amari will land. But notice how every single comment about him from Florida state is positive and respectful. He was a standup guy in their locker room. He was one of the best players on their defense through many putrid games and seasons. He was their leading tackler in many horrible performances by his team/teammates, and he never gave up.

The transfer portal is here to stay, and sometimes even the best person/player in the locker room of a team has a reason to transfer.

By the way, for those who don’t remember, Amari is Herb Gainer’s son. Herb was the big time receiver from the great Charlie Ward FSU teams.

Roster management. Good and bad guys from every team will be coming and going - the winners are going to be the coaches who help their own transfers leave with grace and bring the right transfers in to succeed.

Locked down for next year. I like this guy. I wonder what his reasoning really is for transferring.

PrimeTime. A lot of these kids wanted to play Fbs ball and the only reason Deon didn’t land any of them was the fact that he was Jackson State. Now that he’s at Colorado he’s going to land top rank class consistently. Colorado is back and he’s coming!
