I think they lose a close hard fought game against Bama and then The Tide rolls ND in the Championship Game.

I hope the defense plays well.
Because Auburn proved that you can slow down Chad's offense if you have a month to prepare. And Georgia I'd say has a "slightly" better defense than Auburn.

I think UGA has a 40% chance of beating 'Bama. And then if victorious a 60% chance of beating Notre Dame.
Put together the chance of Clemson meeting a National Championship UGA squad at about 1 in 4. Not horrible odds.

I most assuredly would prefer Georgia win the NCG!!
It may sound crazy and I admit it is, but that should bode well for us considering 1981 was our year to rule the football world right after Georgia did it with this freshman named Herschel Walker... I dont like Georgia at all given we are natural rivals on the field, but it would be nice to take down the previous national champion again like we did in 2011 with Auburn
