True but this team was playing poorly with Dillon Hunter over the last 4 games . Last year , Chase Hunter carried this team , but right now he can’t shoot from 5’, 10’, must less from 3. The foul he committed at end of half was just indicative of his poor play and decision making lately. With or without Dillon just too many silly turnovers and inability to score at all.

Playing like this they could absolutely be one and done. They have the talent to make a run, but not playing up to potential.

If they hit their 3's they are a Final 4 team. Regardless, we should have a good chance at the Sweet 16. We have several people who can step up so we can win without playing our best game against a lot of opponents. I'm hoping to play a 5 or 6 seeded SEC opponent in the second round. They might be the best league, but most of the teams are overrated as where the stand nationally.

Dude Wiggins was not the biggest problem in 1st half, turnovers by Chase Hunter , Zachary , we scored 9 points the last 11 minutes of 1st half .

Wiggins threw up a brick and turned the ball over 2 possessions in a row. He may not be THE problem…but he played soft. Defensive liability, as well.

No matter what happens from here on out, we'll all be disappointed if they lose... at whatever stage. But I'll go with what Dabo said. "No matter what happens, you can't take away what this team has accomplished ".
And I'll add, even if we're 2 and done, it'll pay huge dividends for the future. We had several games this season that 5* s came to our house.

Always have been and always will be. It’s why making the tournament is our historical high point. Low expectations because we’ve only seen 2 or 3 times in a century where it was different. First round loss wouldn’t be a surprise it would be par for our basketball course.

Yes, this team won't follow in football's footsteps with an ACC title. But that isn't the end of the world.
