I would say that Yellowstone is the best of the three. Hate to see it end but the two new spinoffs have potential. Second would be 1883. I loved it and I am not a big western fan. Cannot believe it only got one season. 1912 is least favorite by far and although it had big names in it, Harrison Ford is laughable as a tough cowboy


What is your rankings and thought? Btw going by Miami and seeing a few football stadiums on the way to Key West, made me so ready and excited for them to spot the ball on Aug 31

1883 was good. I never really got into 1912. Maybe I'll give it another try

1883 has been the best. Great cast, very good writing. It’s compelling as an origin story. What’s important is it told a story and finished when the story was complete. It was intended to be like a miniseries of old (like Roots or Shogun). Where they go wrong with a great tv series is when they stretch past the story to milk it for money. Breaking Bad was an example of avoiding that pitfall. Yellowstone ran out of good original story two seasons ago.

1883 is the best STORY IMO
Isabel May’s (Elsa Dutton) narration was outstanding
It being the origin (prequal) reaches the audience in a deeper way IMO
Yellowstone has the best action and trash talk. Rip and Beth are the best dynamic of the entire series (all 3 shows)
1923 sucks. Harrison Ford is a bust in this role. Completely opposite of Tim McGraw who nailed his role. Hellen Mirren does well. The only good part of the show is Spencer Dutton. He’s a bad ###

I recommend watching Mayor of Kingstown. Another Taylor Sheridan series….. Jeremy Renner is phenomenal

Mare of East Town was very good but think Mayor of Kingstown is much better.
Another really good one is Your Honor.

Spencer Dutton is a bedazz and I enjoyed the roll played by his girl friend.
I loved the first season of Kingstown. I like the 2nd season but it's kind of the same ol same ol to me.

1883 was by far the best but I enjoyed 1912 very much(though I agree with you concerning Harrison Ford). There's nothing wrong with his acting but as you say, he's too old to play a tough guy.
