Yankees new bats

Just wondering what everyone’s take on this is? The bats don’t seem to break any rules. Are they helping them slug the amount of homeruns they hit the first 3 games? Or does the Brewers pen stink that bad?

I mean it does make sense to have the fattest part of the bat were you hit the ball and not at the end!

I read it just now interesting. Said not all homeruns the new bat were used for. I think I read Judge doesn’t use it. So might not be solely bat.

Yep, the Braves need something. They lost 1-0 last night. The Braves pitcher had a great game but got no support

Im a Yankee fan, the only players that used them this weekend were Volpe and Jazz Chisolm. I think Austin Wells used one in the finale of the series.

Yeah the offense is fine, but the Yanks are going to have to trade for another good arm for the rotation. Rodon and Fried are all we have right now. unless Schmidt comes back and pitches like he did last year

Orders are in from every major league team. I imagine this will be a record breaking home run year. The sport is becoming more and more unrecognizable from what it was 30-35 years ago. It's now Home Run Derby. Open season on pitchers. Fans sitting in the bleachers, bring a glove and keep your heads up. And to think the opening salvo came in March. Wonder what will happen when the weather warms up? And batters will continue to strikeout in record numbers. BTW, has anyone seen a hit and run successfully pulled off in recent years? Just saying.

heOk but don't quote me. The MLB comm Rob knew that when he became Comm. With the intro of Pitch clock, MLB saw HR decline. They need any and all options avail to improve those numbers for fan appreciation while speeding up the game.

Pitchers have had a ridiculous advantage for years. And then they took another step forward with the spider tack increasing their RPM's to absurd numbers. Then once they cracked down on that you saw batters tee off on a bunch of pitchers, who without the foreign substance had no business in the pros.

This right here, and also add in the fact that the Yanks were very familiar with Cortez since he was a Yankee for years. I just believe the Brewers are just flat out BAD this year.
