14 years is plenty of time to see what you are going to get from a coach. Neff is apparently perfectly satisfied with what Brad can do.

Exactly the meme I thought about posting. This is what people don’t realize but I was a BB supporter until 3-4 years ago but I’ve had my hopes up only to have the ball yanked away too many times now. I’m no longer stupid enough to blindly follow.

If by saying "it's the same thing every year" do you mean that your tiny widdle feelings are hurt every year? Because im sure that is true. The majority of "fans" on here have the emotional intelligence of a 3rd grader.
If you actually watched the season, you would realize it is not the same every year. This year we had one of the best regular seasons of all time and disappointed in the tourney. Last year we had a solid regular season, and had a historic run in the tournament. The season before we had a record setting conference record and got hosed by the tourney committee.
If you actually watched our games you would realize it is not the same every season.

This is why no one can have an honest conversation. No ones feelings are hurt. But you try to turn your lack of intelligent conversation into a put down or that somehow you are emotionally superior. We had a historic run in the tournament yesterday during the first half too. Just face it, a meh coach, gets you meh results. It was a great regular season, but in a historically poor ACC. We still lost to South Carolina and Memphis. We lost our last two in pitiful fashion. Tournaments are what matters. Now you are the one that is emotionally attached to Brad Brownell, so quit with your pitiful schtick. Brad will continue to be the head coach, and we will continue to not do well in the post season. That's what you want after all.

I would suggest you watch as well. The ACC is horrendously and historically awful. There are only two things that matter here. Read this and understand. Conference championships and the NCAA tournament. Outside of 1 year in 15, Brad has accomplished absolutely zero.

In the last 25 years, our SOS ranks 13th, right in the middle of the pack. For the 7 years that OP coached his average SOS was only slightly higher than our SOS this year. Quit with this nonsense.

That was awful. The loss to SC was awful. Brownell is a mediocre coach that didn’t have his team prepared to play yesterday. We have 15 years of data to confirm this. I like the guy. I really wish he would turn the corner but I doubt it ever happens. Last year was like Bowden in 03.
