How did Trump endorse 2 guys in the same race? And how does one of them claim that he was the only one endorsed by Trump? I saw Mark Burns and Stewart Jones ads with Trump speaking on both guys behalf. And did Burns actually lie about serving in the military? Didn’t hear about that before tonight.

I just heard this too and found this (take it for what it's worth)
Burns served from 2001 to 2005 in the South Carolina Army National Guard, rather than the Army Reserve. Burns said the false claims about his life on his website were the result of the website being hacked.

He is a preacher and lied about his education…. strike number 1. He is crying about the media attacking him for lying… strike number 2. He accuses the media for attacking him for lying. That’s a pretty good reason for the media to attack you, duh…. strike number 3. This is not the kind of leadership we need. I will be voting for Sheri Biggs, a true conservative and honest patriot.

While admitting you knew it was the wrong board. I don't give two sheets who you vote for. Have you been on the politics board; there are some really awful people in that dumpster fire of a forum? When you post questions like this on a main board you encourage those trolls to climb out of the gutter and post where everyone has to see them.

Thanks for explaining. I don't go to that board for the same reason and didn't want to go there to post or to be political in the OP. Just wanted an answer to the question in my mind about what I heard . Seemed strange that anyone would endorse 2 guys in the same race, Was the Stewart ad an example of an AI hoax that we have been warned about?

You know when someone tells you not to google something and you have to immediately go google it and then instantly regret it? Yea that just happened to me. When you said the politics board was a dumpster fire I had to go see for myself. Clicked one random post and instantly regretted it. That whole board needs to be nuked from orbit.

something to which he has admitted. He claimed to have earned a BS degree from North Greenville University. While Burns did attend NGU (for just one semester), he did not earn a degree.
He also claimed that he served six years in the Army Reserve which is not true. However, he did serve in SC Army National Guard from 2001 to 2005.
Burns later claimed that the false information about his life that appeared on his website was the result of the website being hacked. While he has admitted to lying about his education, he has also asserted that the attacks against him are racially motivated because he is a black man who supports Donald Trump.
