anything but Presidential. He looks like a frail, lost old man who is literally having to be led by the hand by his wife, without a clue where he should be or why he is there. This is the Leader of the Free World, ladies and gentlemen.

What's sad is I was looking at some of the service members who participated in DDay, many of them near or over 100 years old, and they looked more spy and cognizant than our president.
Being president has aged even young men. I am not sure why anyone would want the job frankly. Maybe that accounts for the poor choices we have today.
That aside, I am glad he went and I am glad we are remembering the "the great crusade."

When President Donald Trump canceled a visit to the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery, near Paris, in 2018, he blamed rain for the last-minute decision, saying that “the helicopter couldn’t fly” and that the Secret Service wouldn’t drive him there. Neither claim was true.
Trump rejected the idea of the visit because he feared his hair would become disheveled in the rain, and because he did not believe it important to honor American war dead, according to four people with firsthand knowledge of the discussion that day. In a conversation with senior staff members on the morning of the scheduled visit, Trump said, “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” In a separate conversation on the same trip, Trump referred to the more than 1,800 marines who lost their lives at Belleau Wood as “suckers” for getting killed.

Trumps, like Bushes, believed in Hitler before the war. The Bushes redeemed themselves. Trump still keeps a book of Hitler speeches by his bed.

Joe will get my vote before I ever give it to somebody ( Trump ) that claims to be good friends with the worst dictators of the world, and someone that would support dictatorship in this country.
If Trump would have stepped down with grace like every president before him, I might support him, but he didn't. His actions and his words cause a lot of people that were simply doing their job to get killed, even some that were in that crowd on January 6 were trampled to death. Since then there has been things that Trump done even while in the white house with evidence to support it that would've gotten any past president convicted.
Trump talks to his crowds like he was telling their story when he is telling lie after lie trying to protect himself from his own insurrection. Trump has lied and cheated people, banks, and loan establishment throughout his entire life and has gotten away with it in almost every instance, and people are eating it up bc he has convinced them that he is on their side. Well, if he wasn't able to fool his crowds, he knows that the people in our country are the ones that can put him in that very same position again, and knows if he doesn't do his best acting ever, the people wouldn't put him back on the job that has helped him make more money than he's ever made in his entire life by cheating people day in and day out. As president, he is able to cash in from about every country in the world by just telling them what they want to hear, and by selling them secrets that has been held by our country in Top Secrecy and he uses it to obtain the title of the richest man in the world, and anyone that doesn't think or believe that is goal, then he has you right where he wants you as his unsuspecting victims of his master plain. That's giving him a lot of credit isn't it, look back over his lifetime, he has been rehearsing his plan to become the richest man in the world over his entire life, and the best avenue for him to accomplish that is through the presidency of the most powerful country in the world.
Look at what he done when he believed that Hilary Clinton was his biggest threat, he tried to blackmail/bully the president of Ukraine to dig up anything that his country could dig up without the threat of an American law/laws. Trump is a crook, and he is a lying, cheating fraud crook that will do anything to make himself and his family richer. Trump is using the American voters in a way that I don't think anybody, or any X President has ever tried before him, and the white house would be his office to carry out his schemes and lies, and yes I truly believe that is the kind of man that Donald J Trump really is bc there has been to much evidence that it all can't be totally untrue bc he has proven himself to be a belligerent liar so many times just like exaggerating the size of of property to increase the loan value!!! Just like he will harp viciously about things he believes that he's right about, then he finds out he was wrong he tries to throw it back on someone else like it was never said by him.
Hey but the voters are going to vote for whoever they want to vote for, and that is our constitutional right. I just believe there has been way to much junk exposed in Trumps trunk for me to give him my vote. I made that mistake once and I won't make that same mistake twice...

All Orange, I like your posts usually, but please learn the facts before you post. No one was trampled to death, for goodness sakes. One person was killed at the hands of an over anxious Capitol Hill police officer. She was shot in the head. She was unarmed. Maybe just take a break from CNN and MSNBC for a while.

Biden wasn't president when covid hit the world and shut it down like a factory sealed can. Trump was the president, and he done nothing about the price gouging that came from the covid pandemic and prices rose higher than ever in the history of America, even higher than when the stock market crashed in 1929. COVID and the high grocery prices hit this country on Trump's watch!!!

that had to be done to beat Trump. The so-called insurrection was manufactured and set up by Pelosi, Biden and the Capitol Police. Keep watching, you'll soon know the truth. It's disheartening to see so many who don't have a clue what's been happening to our country. It's ok, keep on hating on Trump, you're a good little sheep for the left.

one politician from another, whether this aisles or that, indifferent, etc, is to consider that what we are entitled to as taxpayers in what I would refer to as "an honest shake," isn't going to happen with either horse so best not to spend time or energy giving the media a blink in terms of our allegiance... Both candidates are literal #######. I mean, literal #######. People in this country need to wake up and take what's ours, back.

there is simply no denying that the country was significantly better-off in terms of the economy, national security, and on an international level under Trump than under Biden. Biden had his four years which proved to be an epic failure on all levels and because of that, he will be remembered as the absolute worst President in US history.

Obviously you do not know or understand the value of real-estate in Florida. I believe the property you are referring to is roughly 25 acres, contains a historic mansion, golf course and many other amenities. Oh BTW if fronts the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the intercoastal water-way on the other side.
Now kind sir, I encourage you to travel down to south Florida with 18 million in hand and walk away with title to said property.
Please report back if you are successful to TNET.
After rereading your post. I fully understand and diagnose you as having TRUMP derangement syndrome. Sadly there is no cure, it is terminal.

So you so love the rule of law and the Constitution you'll support a group who will disregard it all in order to protect us from an individual?
Clearly your moral compass is based on a wildly shifting magnetic north.
Trumps an ###, ill give you that, but a friend of dictators and one who would be? How's that compare to BO, BC, HC? As for Biden, look at his history, if you're looking for moral highground by hitching your wagon to him you'll be in quicksand.
Go out and form some belief in things that do not or should not change. Then apply your great intellect to application all that to present day challenges.

He also called veterans and wounded soldiers, "suckers." But I'm sure someone on his staff wrote a nice speech......
And what makes it even more rich was that he gamed the system to get out of service.

I often hear of things the former President said and did, but most of the sources have taken his quotes out of context, misquoted, or simply made up quotes.
OP said President Biden looked frail and lost during his D-Day speech. Which he did.
I have said many things in my 52 years that I'm not proud of. Many of the things I have regretted saying were said during stressful events or during my younger days when I thought I knew everything.
I am so thankful that I am not scrutinized.

I thought of qualifying it at first and saykng - “I know it’s NBC News and not Fox or Breitbart or The Blaze or NewsMax or OANN. But it is not in the best business interest of any of those properties to report on anything negative about Trump. Look at what happens to Fox when they slowed down their coverage of election deniers - NewsMax stepped up and scared the #### out of on air talent and behind the scenes. Lots of money to be made.”
But I decided not to type that. My point was “it is NBC but it is from Kelly” - a named source that Trump hates. So there you go.

confirmed by CNN and NBC of a quote from John Kelly. This is not a quote from President Trump btw.
Wasn't John Kelly fired? I wonder if he was disgruntled?
The quote from Mr. Kelly is that "President Trump thought veterans who were wounded were suckers because there was nothing in it for them."
Even if this quote from John Kelly is true, this shows that President Trump does not understand the selfless sacrifice that Service Members have. Many people don't understand that. If so, we wouldn't have such a hard time recruiting for the Services now.

A source was requested and I gave a source. I do not post as gospel. I could poke holes as well - “unnamed sources…lol”, “who other than Kelly”…”it the MSM”..”four years ago”..”Kelly fired”
My point in posting was that Kelly put his name on it.

You’ve drank the kool aid my friend. If you dodge the draft like Biden did you then you definitely don’t “have respect for America” or are a “decent human being” so not sure why you’d give him a pass just out of hatred for Trump. It’s ok to criticize Biden without praising Trump, two things can be true at once. I’m not a fan of either for the record but will for sure respect facts when referring to either.

So to believe Kelly or not to believe Kelly, that is the question. I think any person who would say, “He’s not a war hero. He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured,” would also call the fallen "losers." It certainly follows logically; if he likes people who weren't captured, he probably likes people who weren't killed. Donald Trump has no respect for anyone but himself.

John McCain was a POW and a terrible Senator.
And of the Uniparty, not a Republican. He specifically deserved all the mocking he could get. Lib losers clutching their pearls that he "insulted all POWs" are disingenuous, but that's how they roll. They go all Jane Fonda and #### on the military making them walk around in high heels and then gasp and pretend they care when they think they can score cheap points against the Bad Orange Man.

"He specifically deserved all the mocking he could get." Well, there ya go. That is the difference between you and me, and I suppose between many Trump supporters and me. That is my point. I respect someone who risked their life for his country and voluntarily stayed in a hellhole for years in order to be with his men. I respect sacrifice. Trump does not, and in my opinion that is a character flaw.
I can't speak for the "lib losers"; that is a debate you will have to have with them. It sounds like I agree with you about Fonda. Her antics were treasonous.

Kelly is DC establishment.. why would he not be against Trump? The world wants
Jun 7, 2024, 8:19 AM
[ in reply to This is a quote from John Kelly, not President Trump. ] |

the US to fall in line join this global coalition and the DC establishment are on that ticket. Trump wants the US to remain independent like we've always been. Thats where all of this friction with him stems from. Its not hard folks.
At the moment the majority of Americans don't want to ship off everything we have to be apart of some globalist UN led world gov't. Which is why Trump has the appeal that he has. All of the smears about him are simply there to slow any progress and wear him out. They just didn't know how stubborn he was going to be. They'll more than likely eventually win out b/c there are too many of them and BTW the Bible predicts it but Trump ain't going down without a fight.
I'll vote for Trump for one last hurrah for the US and then I think unfortunately we'll be on the highway to this new uncharted future in this country. The kids have all been programmed for it and it is what it is.

I'm tired of people telling me what I see is not what I see. Anyone who looks at President Biden and how he moves and speaks is fooling themselves if they say he is still "sharp".
Sometimes he seems like he can hold an intelligent conversation and sometimes he seems like he can't string three words together in a coherent thought.
We should all be afraid of who is making executive decisions in the White House. I'd be willing to bet an unelected official is making decisions for the President and that is not right!

I think you can look at what is said or what is done.
Trump started securing the border; renegotiated trade agreements with Canada, Mexico, Europe, Britain, Japan, China, and RIMPAC; increased oil production and transportation: improved unemployment to women, blacks, and Latinos. Reduced regulation on businesses and helped revise tax law where states like New York held special status. He got us out of three wars and no new wars were started. He dis all this while being attacked by Democrats and Republicans (basically the same DC swamp rats), the DOJ, the FBI, the three letters agencies, and a bitter ex-head of the state department. He went through two impeachment and a special prosecutor, and still did his job. So many people take your money in DC. Congress being first in line. Trying to stop that pisses a lot of people off. Biden has chosen an easier route. Control the ones you can and pay off the rest. Starting with Congress, of course.

This election is really a very simple choice.
One guy is too old, but is a very decent human being and currently has the economy cooking at a solid pace, inflation has come down and unemployment is at a 50 year low.
The other guy is also too old, and is a narcissist criminal that wants to ignore the constitution and be a dictator.

Looks like solid orange is truly that-so solid that even his eyes and brain are covered over. How convenient to over look “the big guy’s” felonious acts. Wonder how Trump’s “trial” would have turned out had it been held before an impartial judge/jury, etc. What a joke that you list Biden as having the economy, inflation, unemployment as doing so well. There is plenty of evidence to support those of us who wholeheartedly disagree with you.

human being is certainly a stretch! I certainly can't believe he had no involvement in Hunter Biden's currupt dealings! As for the economy being so great, gas prices have more than doubled, groceries up 30% or more and interest rates have doubled! The fact is, without the pandemic...the Trumpster would have been easily re-elected in 2020!
My take is that both parties should be embarrassed by the candidates they will apparently nominate!

much. Unless something goes completely haywire (possible I guess) the President and congress only nibble around the edges of changes and in doing so want Americans - for some reason - to think their American brethren with different viewpoints are evil. It’s just not that way in real life. Like I said, in the end, my choice wins or loses and life goes on and I have a pretty good life either way.

Hopefully you and I will learn the real truth about “the Donald” in the future. You perhaps will not like what you learn! I’ve been following very very closely your leader since the mid 80’s and there is a LOT of things that just aren’t to be applauded! Biden is a nit wit (imo).

I saw several videos today discussing that he had “soiled” himself. We shouldn’t be in this position. 340+ million people in the U.S., and these are the two choices presented to us.

Were things better under Trump? Or now under Biden? We’re things as expensive as they are now? We’re illegals streaming over the border under Trump? Wars?
