and upon hearing the news decided to come back for his senior season at Clemson.
I don't remember anyone doing that in the past, but it's a definite possibility this year, IMHO.

He should wait and play in preseason games for the Browns before making a decision. He could just quit and come back to Clemson if he isn't the starter. Just don't cash the checks! Right?

reps against some NFL defenses before coming back to Clemson. While the NFL isn't quite up to SEC standards, it should still help him prepare for beating Auburn in early 2017.
