Everybody likes to throw Woody out there but he was probably a worse passer than Kelly is.

Yup, KB needs to have back to back 300 yard games to reach that mark in the same amount of games played.
KB also needs to rush for 238 yards in consecutive games to reach the ground game total that Dantzler had that year.
In this offense with these weapons I think Woody would have went for 3,000 and 1,500 yards over a season and probably would have won the Heisman.

This. I don't see KB passing for over 300 against FSU and the coots. I hope I'm wrong, but I just don't see it.

Considering KB will probably pass that mark this year in his first year as starter, yeah I’m serious. He was good during that time for clemson because we didn’t have the playmakers we do now.
Not sure how well he would do in this offense

I’m not doubting Dantlzer was a great player, I’m just thinking in terms of today’s game is a 5’10 rb playing qb really going to be that successful?
He was an anomaly during his time but now every team can find a guy that’s a bit undersized but has wheels.

interception" Rodney Williams? I am sorry, but my opinion of Rodney is that he took a couple of National Championship caliber teams and turned them into 10-2 teams. Nothing against Rodney personally, but he doesn't make my list. I would substitute Mike Eppley or Kyle Parker in his place.

KP was absolute garbage he was scared to take a hit and rushed to many throws and couldn't make a decent QB run to save his life.

Too early to rate him. The guys listed already started multiple seasons. KB has started 9 games.

Its hard me to say as fan from 2006 onward. He has a great supporting cast and coaches. He is up there for me especially if his ankle was 100%. He clearly does not have the strongest arm but he is still very accurate and has crazy wheels. For my QBs right now its Deshaun Watson, Tajh Boyd, Kelly Bryant, Kyle Parker, Cole Stoudt, Cullen Harper, Will Procter.
Tajh was frustrating at times (esp vs SCu) but could sling it around (had amazing WRs) and new how to pick up 1 yard when we needed it. If Kelly Bryant brings us an ACC championship and beats SCu he jumps Boyd for me.

The numbers get all skewed because of the way game is played now. I'm sure we had some good for the era QBs prior to the 1960s, who, unfortunately, get lost in the mix.
For my lifetime I would have this.
1. DW
2. Fuller
3. Boyd
4. Jordan
5. Williams
If you got Dantzler or Whitehurst in there, I can see that as well. If Bryant finishes strong this year and has a good year in 18, he can crack the top 5.
