If you look at the average rating, we are number 2 in the ACC and 16 nationally. We simply didn’t have many spots available this year. We don’t have many players transfer like other schools.
Sorry if this goes against your narrative.

Still good. Now your narrative is that our average rating is still in the top 20 so we’re good. The overarching narrative has been we’re still getting top 10 classes so we don’t need to use the portal we’re good.
If you still wanna be an elite team all of those narratives are false. If you’re cool just hovering around the top 25 then carry on my wayward son.

we're still at 85. It's a roster limit of 105, not even the SEC is going to 105 scholarships, as they are staying at 85 for 2025

It is both size and quality that is important. Unless we utilize the portal we are going to have major issues with depth next year…especially if more transfer out!
Next years team should be really good. It's 2026 and beyond that has me concerned.
