crap targeting call, or is it a done deal? When the officiating is so blatantly biased, there has to be some kind of check and balance...

According to Nikki on FB earlier, it's a done deal...for same reason they couldn't review Smith's targeting.

My understanding is that the NCAA made rule changes this year and no longer allow conferences to review or repeal things like this. The policies really need to be reevaluated afte the season if the officials are going to make such crappy calls.
