LSU won’t drop out of the top 10 because of that SEC speed. That accounts for 90% of the ranking formula. Remember, it just means more.

Teams shouldn’t be ranked until November. I know it’s all big business and entertainment but it just doesn’t make sense to rank a team before you see them play.

Yep I don’t pay attention to rankings till around week 6. I always had someone better than they were, or overlooked somebody that turned out good. Not sure how they rank teams that has not played or played 1 game.
