My guess is he hits the portal. I believe he graduates this month and he's lost the team.
If I were him, I would call Coach Prime and see if Colorado can use him.

Agree. Everything said about DJ is that he is the perfect, supportive, team player. I bet he stays to be back up support for Cade thru the bowl game and finds a new home in the spring.

I don’t think Cade really needs the advice of DJ or his “support”. He’s a head case that needs a shrink, he has no business playing one on the sidelines. And if Cade gets hurt it’s clear that Hunter can and should be his backup.

So is Hunter going to be fitted with a fake mustache, prosthetic nose and dark tinted vision to sneak him back in for a year? He's a 5th year senior that had one year of eligibility (covid) afaik when he rejoined Clemson as a grad assistant. Maybe he'll change his name to Junter Hohnson.

IF DJU5 is as smart as Dabo and our OC think he is, DJU5 will come back as a Tight End for the 2023 season. It must be obvious to DJU5 that his skills do not fit the requirements of a top QB for a competitive FBS team!

DJ is a team guy. He's invested a lot in this team this year and he's not a quitter. He may very well have something in mind going forward after the season, but I expect to see him in Miami to support his brothers and he'll be ready to play if needed.

team that runs a more traditional offense with pocket passing, play action, and a bruiser OL that can really run the ball. That would be great for him.

We could have run the ball much more effectively last year and this year with the exact same personnel. Jimmies and Joe's were not the limiting factor. IMHO
