His response in kind to Spurrier's sophmorish banter is pathetic. Until Dabo is capable of fielding a team that can at the very least COMPETE with them, he should just keep his mouth shut. He's lost to Spurrier three times in a row, something that would have been unthinkable even in coach Jellyfish's tenure. And the last time they were here in Death Valley, it was an embarrassment. There's no excuse for that happening again... but if we don't grow a defense between now and then, it will.
Beat Spurrier. That's the way to shut him up.

Get a clue man!! His comments are POINTLESS unless he can BEAT the sumbich. At this point, we are falling farther and farther behind the coots every year because they are BETTER COACHED. We have one coach on this staff that I have confidence in. The rest haven't shown me anything. We'll give Venables a little time, but overall this staff sans Morris is pyss poor.

two recent Spurrier classics: during the UGA game the announcers asked him if he preferred playing UGA mid-season or earlier. He replied: "Earlier...you can always count of them having two or three players on suspension then." (sic) Then tonight on TV, when asked about Lattimore leaving after three years, Spurrier replied: "We get someone like him for three years...up at Kentucky they're lucky to get him for one." (sic) He's been saying those things ever since I can remember, and a lot of folks even have picked up on some...Free Shoes University comes to mind. And that's why beating his teams is the best retort.
