He's arrogant--always has been, always will be. Like Tom Brady, he's good and is not satisfied to let his actions on the field do the talking. BTW, I don't hate him, but I also don't have to like everyone. There is nothing wrong with people having differing opinions. The world would be boring without opinions, right?

Now that he is in the pros I like the guy for having swag..oops that's a possible TNET trigger too for other reasons.. But many a TNetters can't let it go that Joe led an LSU beat down of our TL16 led Clemson Tigers to win a Natty. A Natty that by all rights except the actual playing of the game should have been ours for the taking that year. Them's the breaks!

just plays football for a living. I might "hate" Adolf Hitler, or someone who blows through a redlight drunk and kills my family. Joe Burrow is not significant enough to generate that kind of emotion in a sane, rational person. Yeah, he may have that frat-boy punchable face, like Christian Laettner. But I think the reason a lot of Clemson folks aren't his biggest fans were his antics in the title game. Leading the "Suck That Tiger #### #####" cheers. I know people who went to that game and had their grandchildren ask them what it meant. Kinda tough to explain that. Just over the top and uncalled for. But no doubt he is an extremely talented QB.
edit: LOL, you can't even post those words on Tigernet. To be fair, I guess the LSU fans would've done their little chant without him. That's just how they roll...

He comes across as somewhat rigid socially; however, I saw a glimpse of a lighter side during a post-game interview in which he was smiling, expressing excitement over their win.
Most don't like the romp and stomp over us in the CFP, but we've lost to others, so there's that.

I hated joe in 2019 - talking smack - and kicking our butts.
But since he got to Cincy, he has improved as a leader - on the field and in the public eye. So I am ready to let it go. He is one of the best young QBs in the league.
