Give me your favorite, your emotional favorite and your darkhorse/longshot.
Favorite...even though he hasn't been at last years form...Scheffler (although Rory is playing pretty good), emotional favorite always has to be Lucas for me...darkhorse in his last competitive run at Augusta is Phil Mickelson.

Favorite - Rory; Emotional - Don't have one; Darkhorse - Brooks Koepka - he always seems to turn up in the biggest moments even though he's not playing great at the moment.

I just like seeing him play and while I do not like LIV at all, cannot help but pull for the guy.
Love the Masters, not a golfer at all, but this event is so much fun because it can make the best in the world look almost human for a few days every year lol.

everybody elses. Muckelroy has the same issue. If he could ever get out of his own way with the flat stick, he would win this thing with ease.
I'ma go with a past winner and contenda that is rounding back into some sort of form, Jordan Spieth.
Butt, unless he tries to cook again, you can never count Scottie Scheffler out, he just hits it too pure with that 10 handicap looking swing. He's another one that fights the putter at times, though. So many storylines, so little time.

Would be happy for Rory if he could complete the Grand Slam.
Wouldn't surprise me to see Morikawa or Aberg don the green jacket.
Based on the odds you posted, Koepka is a guy I would look at if I were a betting man, which I'm not.
As for other guys in the field, here are some guys I'll be rooting for, but not expecting them to be on the leaderboard Sunday afternoon.

Spieth
Thomas
If I were picking a name way out of the spotlight, just to pick a dark, dark horse:
Denny McCarthy (The guy can putt)
And, for the record, I hope nobody from LIV (including Koepka) makes the cut.

Whatever you do don’t take Rory for God’s sakes
His putting will fold like a lawn chair even if he is still contender by the late round.
I might stick with Scottie, but there’s some others for sure
I don’t see Viktor Hovland on that list but think about Hovland.
He’s a streaky player and a very good one who can finish if he has a lead late
Matsuyama would also be a decent choice
