He is massively underperforming. He will be told what to do and except it or leave. We are severely out coached every week. I hope there is a purge.

I want what Dabo wants and what he's always gotten since the Dandy Dozen. He recruits quality character of which 90+% graduate. Don't misunderstand, I want the winning too and I'm confident we can have it all again.

Dabo recruits high quality character players. He needs to recruit a few A-holes. It takes a few bad As to win nowadays. Kids with attitudes....well attitudes for winning that is. Players with a bit of swagger. Lately he had recruited talented nice guys who are just plan soft.

things have changed, its no longer a Dabo World type atmosphere anymore

they do need to have a meeting with Dabo (admin) reinforce good things to him about his culture he ha built at Clemson, dont dismiss the good work he's done with graduation rate and on field success.

but after that, make it VERY CLEAR to him that the Dabo World atmosphere thing is no longer clemson footballs focus, and that clemson is leaning into a full pro style type model with a GM and no part of the process can be hijacked by a "vision", portal must be used to plug holes, best coaches will be decided by on field results

I care. Get over it. In the end Dabo will make the changes needed, and get the needle heading back in the right direction, or his time here will run out. I for one hope he figures it out, and makes the changes needed to get back to where we were.
