Probably because Adam Randall is doing really well averaging 6 yards per carry, blocking well, and having good results as a receiving threat. He is about the only bright spot on our offense this year.

Pass protection. Using two back sets could help with covering for that. Well assuming they don’t ask him to be the lead blocker like against LSU. 😮

Word coming out of camp was he wasn’t what they thought he’d be. Not as a runner and definitely not a good pass blocker.

Not a good pass pro blocker. Consistently hits the wrong gaps. Recruiting miss. I expect him to transfer.

Is that something you've read that I missed, or are you hearing that from someone close to the program? Not questioning the validity of it, just curious where you got that.

No one is waiting their turn anymore. In this day of the transfer portal he will be gone soon... I question the ppl saying he is a recruiting miss... what coach said he is a recruiting miss?

A supposedly "highly-recruited" guy can't get onto the field......is that a miss? In technical terms, yeah, it is.

I can't imagine a 4-star player out of HS will want to stick around if he can't get onto the field at Clemson during the era of the transfer portal. Surely there are teams that would love to have him.

I'm also curious about Jay Haynes. I know he hurt his knee in the ACC championship last year and I assume he's still working back from that. I think he would help the depth at rb considerably. Just haven't heard if or when he's expected back.
