They can kiss my ####. That 700 a seat when you add in ticket cost. I've been a donor for a lot off years, but this is not right. Hate to see what ticket holder want if they try to resale there game tickets. sCST will be $100.

The letter I got does not show that sort of increase. I'm in UF and the Seat Equity remains the same. From what I can tell according to the map is that Sections D, G, N and Q (both upper and lower) are now $800. per seat. The other donation levels are $600., $350.,$250., $200., and $100. I don't know if other sections in the North and South stands have been impacted by this move. Neither do I know if the luxury boxes have had a significant increase.

then many of the sections changed levels. A red level was 190, now that same seat is in an orange level at 350.

The price point for each level hasn't changed that much -

the area allocated for each level has changed. The number of seats for the highest level (yellow) has doubled. Also, a couple new levels have been added. Until you get your letter, you need to compare the previous color-coded map to the new one to determine how much more it's going to cost you to keep those seats.

Well...for me I was paying #120 per seat and now it's $350 so now an extra $230 per seat. I guess $230 isn't that much for you but it is foe me

I am in section K which used to be $120 per seat. Now it's $350 per seat. I've been waiting for this announcement as it always baffled me that the lowest seat equity level (purple) had so many seats in the lower deck.

I'm in the lower section of K also, lower bowl or not those seats are only good when the play is on that end. You watch a lot of the game on the big screen. Tried for years to move but have never been able to.

Try a suite. First, you pay a $75,000 "loyalty pledge" over 5 years, then you are allowed to pay $45,000 per year for the suite and tickets.
And don't even think about giving up your suite, because you'll never get it back in 3 lifetimes!
Really, though, suites are great for some ballgames... like Notre Dame last year! LOL.
Whatever, it's worth it to watch the Tigers!

Does it work this way?
Oct 19, 2016, 4:03 PM

If a donor is giving a certain amount to have two current seats and the new value is more than their current giving level. Does the donor simply have to increase to the minimum required for those seats? From what I understand they won't be displaced as long as they give the minimum, even if higher donors are in a less desirable area.

You won't be displaced as long as you give the minimum for your seats. My donation would have to go from $860 to $2100.
