He was a fringe 4 star who looked the part but after Fr year showed signs of talent plateau/hit his ceiling. Keep up...a lazy troll is an uninformed troll who tries to bs his way through roster speak.

Right away? I wonder if he never got out of the doghouse. He was supposed to be the tall big bodied guy we needed and hasn’t done anything. kelly too. Dabo talked last year about how he was the fastest guy on the team between him and turner and I don’t think he’s played. Maybe some blocking snaps at the end of a game or something but that’s it.

It's hard to properly eval WRs out of high school. It's also a position where you find a large amount of them transferring.
I think coaches should always recruit 2 portal WRs per year. You'd know more what you were getting and WR is very much plug and play.

Jeff Scott almost single handed destroyed a football program...why do all the hayseeds love him and always bring him up! He's in the USF hall of fame and almost got elected dog catcher in Arcadia on the write in ballot!

He is a missed eval most likely. If he were at a top 10 program, he would be shown the door at year end to open room for another player that can perform. Of course, all of this assumes he had high level coaching from an experienced coach during his time within the program. 😁
