Nothing will change. They will not look red, but they will ídentify as red. Problem solved.

Red will be colored with beet juice. They will be garnet/coot color.

It is interesting the crap we put in our food. They showed the difference in Fruit Loops cereal colors in the US to Fruit Loops in Canada on the news. Surprising the difference.

It genuinely is appalling the chemicals and dyes the FDA allows in our food as opposed to a lot of places in Europe and Canada. It's no wonder we have a bevy of health problems. On top of the morbid obesity problem this country has as well. For example, the eggs I get from my own chickens are drastically different in taste as opposed from the store or most restaurants. Even the "organic" eggs taste like crap. I can't go back to buying eggs.
