What we saw today was an Oline with a simple

Mission. I mean, how many of you thought our offensive game plan would be to challenge ND to a phallus measuring contest at the line of scrimmage? Much less concerned about oline talent now. They beat ND at their own game.

I would be shocked if we don’t revert to 21-22’ type offensive game plans. Cade looked reined in today. Lien on the run game. Don’t beat ourselves.

I think we can win out with this strategy, but we need better WR play, a QB that can run and a solid kicker to get to the playoffs next year.

I’m buying MORE Clemson stock.

Umm, a few of us did. Actually this was discussed right here on tnet early in the week. Then @JP and myself discussed it this morning.

But we definitely need a new oline coach. That hasn't changed. Our defense played lights out and scored 10 points. Swanson was on fire getting several punts inside the 10. That's not something you can rely on. We won the turnover battle plain and simple.

My question is this. Why haven't we run 21 all year with Mafah as our lead back. That's the next question Tyler needs to ask.

Yes. Mafah ran like a man possessed today. Shipley did this last year, but for whatever reason, the Ship is sinking this year.

When our OL had struggled to run block (I.e., most games this year), Shipley is better at finding tiny cracks to squeeze through and get two or three yards.

He has played well enough considering the blocking.

Also, unbelievable except we all witnessed it, no penalties.

The Korean War had not yet ended the last time we had no penalties.

If we can stick with the run game we will give ourselves a chance to win out. Hopefully we find a way to keep Mafah in and utilize Ship in another way.

I almost get the impression that most people on this board are disappointed the O line dominated today. If you can’t complain about something post game I guess it’s a bad Saturday

O-line was great and our running game is now working well. When Cade's ankle is 100% that adds another element.
