What song would you choose for Clemson Footballs entry?

On my post the other day about what teams pump up song is the best in college football, I saw some commenters not satisfied with our entry song when our players enter the stadium and run down the hill. I actually agree with them. So if you were to choose a song to play in the stadium to pump up the crowd while our tigers ride the bus’s and enter onto the field, which song would you choose?
I would personally choose Green Day’s Welcome To Paradise. You could play the bass rift/instrumental solo (around the 1:54 mark of the song) when the tigers leave the buses to gather at the top of the hill. That solo rift gradually goes faster and faster. I can honestly see the crowd getting hyped listening to this rift. Then once the chorus starts (at the 2:48 mark of the song), shoot the canon and have the players run down the hill. I could also see the whole crowd singing the chorus while our tigers run down the hill. I think it would look so cool seeing this on tv.

Lol yea I have. I understand that some may find my song choice stupid but that’s ok. This is all just for fun.
If you like our entry songs just the way it is then there’s nothing wrong with that. This post is just a thought experiment.

I like this. I like how Thunderstruck builds as a song and it would be easy for the crowd to pick up when the release of the cannon comes to trigger the Tiger Rag when the run down the hill.

Lol I can honestly understand why you wouldn’t want anything to change. If Clemson tried to change their music for the entrance then I can see it turning it into a whole mess. So i realistically don’t think they should change the music unless the majority of Clemson fans can agree on a different song.

Great question, i've thought a little about it before. I like alot of different kinds of music heavier metal and hard rock, some classic, adult contempt, ambient, new wave retro, slow/sad-core,
I even like alot of "mid-rock" as i call it bands like third eye blind, goo goo dolls etc, as long as your a good band i like it dont care with category you fall into.
but to answer the question simply, if i were in charge i wouldn't have just 1, i have a thousand different ideas and i'd like to keep it fresh everygame. for virginia tech and others playing the same song over and over works i guess.
I know the crowd wants something peppy like a gentlemans club type band like ac/dc or metallica, i'm personally not into that. I'd probably pick something like Tom Petty's- "dont come around here no more" with the idea per the music video theme, that you've stepped into a rabbit hole (death valley) with the video board showing highlights of past opponents being crushed in the valley, would be kind of neat as the crowd shouts the "Hey!"............"dont come around here no more" parts.
