100% how I feel.
If the line is better, offense is clicking we can keep it close for about a half, the Georgia's depth and talent just grinds us down and we lose by about 14.
If Dabo has been feeding us nonsense all fall and the offense shows up the same as last year, the defense comes in out of shape like they were in week 1 last year, it could be like 49-10

This is a Georgia team that's replacing their top 5 scorers from last season. They're replacing all their WR depth, their All American TE, and they're plugging in a good, but not elite Running Back. I just don't understand why everyone is blowing them. Georgia is gonna win the game, but it's gonna be close and low scoring. 17-6 Georgia.

I hope CK2 and WR's are improved this season, otherwise this might get ugly, UGA has the chance to beat the top two teams in the ACC in back-to-back games.

I think it is going to be close. Dawgs have offensive issues, not much experience at WR outside of Lovett and Bell and the best portal WR is injured and 50/50, RB room is going to be thin with Etienne serving a suspension and Roderick Robinson injured, then of course there's the serial underachiever Mike Bobo calling plays for us.
I think depth wins it for the Dawgs but it is going to be more like 2021 than people think.

That is what the UGA insiders have been reporting. They are typically not wrong on these types of things.
In Kirby's presser today he continued to dodge the question of Trevor's status by saying "I don't talk about those things". If he were playing I don't think Kirby would be so avoidant to the question.

I think the dawgs win. Which is expected but in all honesty we win, we will be EXTREMELY tested and that will break some men and make some men. All and all just builds character this will be the hardest game of the szn. Cade needs to have great composure and we better pray wesco and the boys can get separation. Our defense will hold them under 38. Go TIGERS

Defense will keep us in it for a while (or they SHOULD), but I need to see this "2015-2019 Clemson ELITE LEVEL" skill position talent that many on here are claiming we have before I believe it............here's to hoping.

UGA offense is not as potent, especially with injuries or suspensions (maybe more forthcoming… who knows). Defense won’t be as potent either. If Cade & OL are just slightly improved, I think we will have more success offensively than we saw last year. Our CBs worry me. Even against less potent WR threats, Beck is still an experienced QB and can identify weaknesses in coverage.

My homer pick is 28-24 Clemson. That would mean that Cade really did make good strides during summer camp and his QB camp. The healthy WR room is as advertised and can get separation downfield and go up and get the ball. The OL has improved enough under one offseason with Matt Luke to provide a second more for Cade and enough of a gap for Mafah to make some moves.
Realistically I see it being close in the first half as the defense will keep us in it and our offense will be improved just enough to score some points (21-14 UGA at half).
UGA will probably get rolling good in the second half and our D will be too tired to keep them back and our offense won't be improved enough to win the day. (38-21 UGA final)

and having the precision needed in game one against a good defense will be very difficult. One of those two guys led the Bulldogs in receiving in 8 of their 14 games last year. Their leading rusher in 13 of 14 games was either Kendrick Milton or Daijun Edwards.
Wes will do a good job of confusing their offensive line and QB as our front seven will bring pressure from all over and Beck, unlike Bennet before him, lacks the mobility to consistently run away from pressure.
Their defensive line is not as good as 2 and 3 years ago and they have injuries depleting their depth.
Last year, Clemson was 15th nationally and 9th in our history with 23.4 first downs per game. We averaged 76.8 plays per game, out highest total since 2016. We were 5th in the nation in time of possession at over 33 minutes per game, our highest since 1989. Cade completed the 4th most completions in Clemson football history. With all of the healthy returning starters and options at Oline and wide receiver and tight end plus a second year in Riley's system, I expect an improvement in efficiency and red zone scoring, possibly a significant one.
I think we control the ball offensively, keeping their opportunities down, while limiting their running game forcing them to pass a bit more than they want to.

Not that either one of this games have any relevance to this game but Clemson played them in their place and only allowed 7 points. UGA won by 10, Clemson by 9.
Like I said neither one of those games is relevant to this season.

Okay I will throw it out here. I honestly did have a dream about 2 weeks ago that it was 23-20 Tigers late in the fourth when we scored a late TD to seal the deal. I’m going with 30-20 good guys.
The only problem…my dream is surely not reliable bc we scored the game sealer in the north corner of the west end zone. Since we aren’t playing at home….I honestly don’t have a great feeling but going with the dream.

I called the GaTech win over FSU.
I’m taking Clemson to outright win the game (barring the turnover disease we had last season).
We will push the pocket and make their QB more uncomfortable than all of last season. They may get us on a sweep or end/around but they won’t be able to sustain a running game. Our back end will give up a couple plays but win the day. UGA doesn’t have the game changing playmakers from last year (they may develop later in the season however) and not having Ettiene will hurt even more as Beck is not a mobile QB.
Offensively I like our back, WR, and TE more than theirs. Our OLine will be improved but that’s the real X factor in this game. Them giving Cade 3 seconds at least and also being able to make some plays in what will feel like a brand new Re-tooled offense. Yes I watched the spring game same as you.
Offense and defense do just enough for Clemson to pull the 27-17 win in Atlanta. New kicker makes all but one FG.
I’ll be back to eat crow as needed but that’s how I see it barring something crazy.

Chemistry with UGA's new skill players early will fall into Wes' Goldilocks Zone with confusion plus the deadly talent that wields it. They will have to earn it when they get it. Keep a groove from developing and UGA will struggle to move the chains.
Clemson O is rested, healthy, either a year of growth under the belt or brand spanking new. The talent is there for a 3-hour slugfest. Talk about a squad with a chip on its shoulder that hasn't been mouthing it but instead that quiet killer approach, that's us Saturday.
We will fluster Beck, pursue and finish plays, show an early aggression that puts them back on their heels some, and show a little more than expected on O to get some folks worrying.

If the O-line holds up and Cade comes thru, then you got a puncher's chance. You cannot under any circumstance have multiple 3 and outs, gotta to play clean, no stupid miscues. Must move the chains and keep UGAs O on the sidelines, keep it close late and may pull off the upset. Clemson has had a full off-season to prep for this game, me thinks Dabo will have team super focused and ready to go.

24-17 Clemson if they can stop the run.
I think the secondary will be up for the challenge and tbh I don't see UGAs wrs as a scary group or Beck as a killer at QB. Now their run game concerns me, Wes has had issues with run heavy teams in the past, Miami and NC St last year as well as ND from 2 years ago come to mind.
