shows how lucky we are to have Dabo. Even after a few down years of not making the playoff, we have stability in our program. Never would we fall apart like that. Its good to do every day, but seeing that #### storm in Tally, its great for us to count our blessings.

DJ should get an NIL with the bag company for that. I think they need to be more eco friendly though.

It starts with the FSU board. Some of them are trashy rednecks with money.
They hired a mediocre coach.
Then the coach built a good roster, but didn’t think about building a good program with a good culture.
Then the coach went and got some mercenaries to come in and be on the roster for six months. Some were good, some were bad.
Then the coach got a below average quarterback, the most important position on the team.
Then at the end of last season, the coach told his players they were victims and they had been robbed. Then coach told them it was really important to play hard in the big games but if it’s not a big game, it just doesn’t matter that much.
Then the coach put that hot mess on the field the past few weeks.
I don’t think the coach can change the course of the ship between now and the end of the season.

Buying a good team using other people's money is a lot easier than building a good team through recruitment, coaching, player development and culture.

Same thing is happening in the corporate world. Short-term thinking rules the day because it get the headlines and public engagement and boosts stock prices. Mortgage the future to buy a few mercenaries to win the battle, but you might lose the war.

The sad commentary on this being that Bobby Bowden had built a program to last at FSU but you can't fix fans and boosters who are "spoiled" by success don't follow how he got it built the right way.

You definitely love the portal. Not sure why you still want to be a “Tiger fan”. You have a great chance to jump on the Ole Miss bandwagon they use it pretty heavy and they will be pretty good this year. Not sure we would miss ya.

I will forever be grateful for DJ who is a Clemson Alumni for going to FSU and helping put them where they belong especially after their undefeated record in the regular season last year. 😂
They got the big head last season and started saying how they passed Clemson and how Dabo is past news. I will enjoy watching them tank.

Said this about FSU since they had Jimbo, long before NIL. They have 11 great players. But they haven't had a team. 11 guys on the field tryin' to get theirs. Doesn't really work when you can't depend on the guy next to you.

they lost 20 players to the portal, and replaced them with 17 new ones. that is 17 kids, on top of your true freshman having to earn new offense and defensive systems, and build team chemistry. The problem is is the NCAA does nto allow much time for coaches to work with rhe players, so this is no shocker. I owuld not be surprised if they were a team to contend with late in the season, but right now they are a white hot mess.
