Lowe’s foods store made Star Spangler brats. As an aside every Saturday in store all flavors of their homemade brats are 5 for $3, can’t beat that!

(Lidl) has been coming up with some pretty decent ribeyes lately. A little more expensive, as they are individually vacuum sealed, but much better on the grille.
I like my steaks medium well, I don't want to see blood running out of them. As opposed to my golfing buddy Doc who just passed away awhile ago. He said he wanted his so rare that a good Veterinarian could put it back on its feet. Did I mention he passed away from heart problems?

Just me and the wife tonight, so we did 2 filets in old cast iron skillet. Added a couple sides. Doing some burnt ends this weekend on my new smoker (father's day gift to replace my 7 year old unit).

Momentarily, a slice of steakum in the frying pan. Since I live alone, don't buy a pack of ten hotdogs as I couldn't eat all 10 frequetly enough before they go bad.
