What amazes me is...

they many here who think that every step up the ladder is failure if it isn't the final step. We all have the same goal but some of us understand the world doesn't roll over with a tube of lube and give it up so easily. I'd like to blame all this on the entitled generation but I don't think that's the case here.
I think some of the Clemson elders are feeling cheated by the outcome of the final 2015 game. Folks that know how hard it is to make it in life. Folks who worked decades against all odds to make ends meet, folks who have endured adversity and suffered defeat without conceding the war.
We didn't win it all but we moved up two more rungs on the ladder this season, brothers. We made the playoff and won the first round. We also advertised our brand and made the Paw recognizable to every NCAA football fan in the world.
Have it your way if you must, wallow in misery of the 'What ifs,' or 'Should have been'. As for me, I'm sticking with the 'One more rung to the top!'

Clemson put the nation on notice. I'm with you, this team has the talent to beat anyone. If Dabo gets the ST addressed he will have a complete coaching staff.

10 years ago, when I was 37, I thought I would never have the chance at seeing Clemson win another National Championship in football. Now, I'm extremely optimistic I'll see one or more in the next 3 - 5 years. I'm my 4 year old will get to experience one too.

Considering how most thought the season would unfold,

that we played for the title was electrifying.
Disappointed? Certainly. Defeated? Only on the field, not in spirit.
Proud of our accomplishments...excited about our potential.
Now, I'm done with winter and ready for 90 degree weather, the summer and messing around on the boat until next season. lol

I was 12 when Clemson beat Nebraska for the National Championship . I thought then , as a kid ...that thise opportunities would just throw themselves at Clemson football . Obviously , I was mistaken . 34 years passed before the next chance at it . I believe what Coach Swinney has already accomplished on the field and behind the scenes has placed the Tiger program among the top football programs in the country . I also believe that Clemson has the will and ability under Dabo's leadership to sustain itself on that upper shelf . Gotta believe . Go Tigers !

90 degree weather? I am anxiously awaiting the next "moderate drought" - so much rain that you could pull your boat up to my front door if not for the Buzzard's Roost ### on the Saluda River.

Love the sentiment. The lube analogy is amusing.***

Enjoy this time! Dabo is building a machine, folks! Truly believe there are lots and lots of fun times to come for Tiger football. And baseball. And basketball. And soccer. Please take a minute and see what happens when the Board, the President, and the fans all work together with the same goal. I watched what happens when each has its own agenda and trust me, once was enough. Took over 30 years for us to recover. Guard it carefully and enjoy every minute. Go Tigers!
