Not saying our defensive performance was amazing, but considering we also held them 23 yards on 22 rushing attempts, I don't see the cause for gnashing of teeth.

We had film. He played against Louisville and Georgia last season and was terrible. We basically coasted that game.

Well he threw some idiotic passes tonight but he also threw some nice ones. Two were dropped, one for a td and if it wasn’t for his turnovers they would have won that game. Ironic don’t ya know. I think for a true starter he has room to grow.

Goodwin's defense did exactly what they needed to do. They totally controlled the game (with the exception of one drive). They rushed 4 and stuffed the run. (We have the worst rushing offense in the country, literally, and got 162 yards last night, almost 3 times our average.) Wes knew the FSU offense was not a threat against the D. He made sure FSU got no big plays.

We need to do a better job of getting pressure on QB's- you have to TAKE chances- don't think WG likes to do that. Not good.

I agree with the OP. Way too many drops by wide open WRs. It could have been a much different game if they had scored to come within a 2pt conversion of tying us. It’s almost like some of yall don’t even watch the games. Glenn looked great against us.
