I would be fine with giving him another year, but he should definitely move up to the box.

I truly believe that would bring out his strength as a coordinator. He is an x's and o's guy and not an on field personality and force like BV. It's almost as if he is trying to be too much like Venebles persona wise instead of his own.

Have him up in the box and have the voices on the field come from Eason and Rumph.

Another year of Wes and we probably won’t make it to the playoffs. Whether he’s in a box or not, he cannot make in-game adjustments. And it’s clear that our linebackers are not progressing under his coaching. I’m not sure why he is the linebacker coach never having played that position or any position on the football field. Our linebackers are continually at a position and taking bad angles. That is all coaching!
