of the B10 and ESecPN, has resurrected corruption and extreme bias back to rule College Football.

It was brilliant! Get B10 on board and then together both rob the best teams from the PAC and B12. There is now the Power 2, with the rest of us in the Group of Seven(?). Might as well let them break away and have their own championship.

Greed rules the land.

So the BCD blame is on the human element and pre-season rankings. The CFP "committee" is 100% human. And the season to season expectations still exist...

good way of putting it OP..........yes you worded it very well, when they announced it was a 12 team playoff expansion everyone thought including me it was a very odd number.......but now i see it more clearly.......if they were to go to a 64 or 32 team playoff they (SEC&big10) would not feel special enough because every conference would have at least 5.

So they came up with a bizarre number 12 knowing that they and the Big10 would each get 4 ping pong balls so to say and an easier chance at the jackpot by minimizing everyone elses amount of ping pong balls.

Exactly, and they get a game on their campus

They pull in the money with all their teams and they can pay off their home towns with the game day crowd. No more bowing down to the bowl committees, driving them around and padding their pockets like they were visiting dignitaries.

"As I watched the game yesterday I couldn't help but feel crushed. We beat Furman by 4 TDs, but to me it looked like we got whipped."

"George Bush, we are reliably informed by the media, has the IQ of a moron, though how he matriculated from Yale and Harvard or flew an F-106 will remain an unexplained mystery. Doubtless his father bribed the airplane to fly itself."

The BCS just needed a fairer algorithm. Deciding it by algorithm is still the fairest way. Results metrics > eye test. Yeas you can game metrics, but everyone has the same opportunity to do that.
