I seem to recall my Tigers losing to the Okies when I was a student in 1963. Could be wrong but the Tigers weren't good in my days as a student!

in the first quarter, then the depth issue got us. It was when you played both ways and they played 4 different strings to our 2. In the heat that day it was all over. I almost went to that game to try and hook up with a really cute freshman girl I had met over in England.

We weren't very good in those days as the ACC had the 800 rule at the time. Lost many a recruit to the SEC because of it.

You and I were classmates back in the 'good ole days'
I remember Coach Howard talking about the heat and game conditions in Oklahoma when the team returned to SC
Was that the year we played Southern Cal? That was a tragedy too!
