Yeah we'll see how BTP adapts to kicking from the ground and all, but he's got a golden boot fo sho.

Potter has been kicking without a tee for 2 years now. I believe he quit using a tee after his sophomore year.

I think it's Potter. Not only is he world class as a punter and a FG/PAT guy, but almost very KO goes out of the back of the end zone. Probably good enough to wind up being a 3-year guy ... even as a kicker, so redshirting may not be a good idea.

I doubt he'll be punting. Spiers wasn't great against Alabama, but he was a weapon at times during the season. He's got a big leg and will only get better in the coming seasons.

but I'd also put money on Potter's role growing greatly by ylear's end (unless of course we don't need a field goal kicker 'cause we score a TD every drive.)

Heard that his injury was very serious especially for a kicker. Not saying it is not possible but there is no guarantee he will ever return to preinjury form.

Probably not going to fair to well this year you know with Wilkins returning and all. Ha Ha. Hopefully he can work out his nerves during practice.
