Watching last years F$U vs. Notre Dame game on E$ecPN...

Gotta say, ND will be very good next season. They went 6-0 to start the season. Not sure what happened to them after the back and forth eventual loss at F$U, but they lost 4 of the last 6 to Arizona State, Northwestern, Louisville and the real USC. They return 19 starters from last years team. They return 3 very good WR's, Golson and Zaire and 4 OL. Their TE was a good one, and that loss will hurt but that's a lot of firepower if you ask me. They also return a decent front 7 on D that should only get better. Recruiting as well as they have the past few years, they can develop some good depth as well.
With all of that said, I think this may be the game that has me a bit worried this season...not F$U, not GT. Having them come in early in week 5, hopefully we can catch them before they develop some chemistry, but their meltown on the back end in 2014 leaves me scratching my head a bit. At least we have the open week before to prep, and hopefully our defensive depth will be developed in time for this game. What do you guys think? What team will present the biggest challenge for us this upcoming season?

What happened was a ton of injuries on defense. By the end of the year, ND was playing kids on D who had no business out there. Hopefully, these guys have all recovered nicely and will be able to pickup where they left off.

Most definitely...hopefully they return to form sooner than later! Always praying for a speedy recovery for any injured player. Also praying we give you golden domers a real welcoming in your part(time)nership to ACC football.
