Wake Forest Question

I've decided to travel to the Wake Forest game from Hampton Roads, VA next weekend with my son. It'll be our first ever away game together, so I wanted to ask the experienced people on here if there's anything we should be aware of or know about the area that would be helpful.

Thanks!

nice small stadium with public parking across the road.
Last time I went the temps went from hot to cold fast and there were more fans under the decks and in the heated bathrooms than in the stands.

you definitely want to be aware that the Carolina Classic (former Dixie Classic) Fair will be going on that Saturday and fairgrounds are right across the street from the football stadium so much more crowded that just a ballgame and parking likely to be very limited

I agree on the fair comment. It puts a little pressure on the parking especially if you get there late. If you can get there early you can get great public parking near stadium and go to the fair depending upon game time.
