At the moment D'Onta Foreman(Texas RB) is leading (he is a write in and is winning)

I voted. But the fact that D'onta Foreman and Donnel Pumphrey are ahead of Deshaun Watson proves just how pointless this exercise is.

It's not pointless. D'onta Foreman and Donnel Pumphrey are ahead because their fan base voted and put them there. The player with the most votes gets 1 first place vote in the official Heisman tally.
Many sportswriters have all but coronated Jackson with the Heisman. With Deshaun's recent surge, the voting could be very close. An extra 1st place vote could be very helpful.

you can continue to hit refresh after voting and vote again continuously in an incognito window on Chrome. I'm assuming they count since it's not showing the "you already voted today" prompt like it will if you try to vote again in a regular window
