He is the best basketball player by play announcer ever. The guy has forgotten more about basketball than most people know. He is legendary.

I friggen love the guy. He’s passionate about the sport and he was missed while in recovery and will be missed when he’s gone for good.

Get so bothered by him.. really can't understand at this point in his life. He loves Duke bc he is buds with Coach K and was Jimmy V's best bud who was also close with Coach K... So it makes sense.

Vitale has always been loud and fun and yes, annoying at times but it is a true gem and positive in the sports world. He's an inspiration to others and seeing his real emotion and being able to actually talk... Something many thought not possible a year or so ago is a miracle.

Just enjoy it.... I got news for the haters... The media isn't out to get us and trash us every chance they get.

It's good to see him back. He's understandably overly emotional. That probably plays a role. I'm sure he's still medicated to some degree.

If he gets obnoxious like say Pat McAfee on GameDay just tune him out

If you're married you should have honed this ability by now 😉
