Also looks like they got a lot of work left to do, in a relatively short time. Deadlines have a nasty habit of sneaking up on you in construction projects.

Two year project.
The side that is torn down now is the home side of the stadium. They are adding "club seating." Trying to make it look more like an NFL stadium. They are aslo removing the bleachers and replacing them with more comfortable seating, chair backs and wider. That renovation will not be done this year. There will be temporary bleachers put in during the season. When Clemson comes to town this year the capacity will be about 55K.
Next year they are going to replace the visitors side bleachers with more comfortable seating.
And, they are renovating the rest rooms and the concession stands. Everyone agrees this is much overdue and needed. If you've ever been in Doak and tried to slip out and get a coke and relieve yourself you can count on a 20 minute trip.
Season ticket holders have very mixed feelings about it.
It'll be fine after the renovations are done. But, right now, season ticket holders are being moved to much less desirable seating. Some are just giving up their season tickets for this year.
I'll try and find a visual rendering of what the finished product will look like.
