Besides winning, what would y'all most like to see from our offense tonight?

For me, it would be seeing Klubnik staying in the pocket and passing downfield and using Wesco/Moore from the get-go. Tired of him bailing out and not throwing when guys are open.

I'd like to see Pearman get a couple of meaningful series. I'd just like to know if the Spring game was a head fake or if there is something really there.

I don't think he'll get snaps beforehand unless Vizz and CK go down.

Wesco and Moore getting meaningful targets early and Cade making quicker decisions. The first can happen after a week, the second… well… not so much. Seeing backups get plenty of game time as well would be great. We desperately need that.

Up tempo, quick decisions with all fundamentals being executed effortlessly.
Which would also mean absolute dominance by the oline leading to simple A gap type runs.

Throws caught 10-20 yd downfield and between the hashmarks as well as outside and as well as a few deep shots. In other words - passing game that uses the entire field.

It looked to me last week that our offensive line was improved from last year; I’d like to see them build on that. It’s pretty obvious to say we’ll try to get the running game going early and establish Mafah.
I don’t have any confidence in the quarterback but I hope to see Riley start to establish a strategy for managing that deficiency. I hope to see us develop a suite of plays in which he can be competent and run the offense.
And once again obviously Wesco and TJ Moore need to supplant the ineffective guys who got the lion share of the snaps last week.
Heck if we get a chance throw in one of the other QBs for a bit and see if we can get better at that position.

“Live bullets” are the best thing at this point to help them improve in the unfortunate case that Cade goes down.
I’m disappointed that Vizzina hasn’t been getting more time on the field. Based on his interviews during the summer, if he doesn’t get some meaningful snaps, I think he’s going to hit the transfer portal.

First half, lots of Mafah, Williams, and Brown, with a splattering of Brinny.
Second half, lots of RB2, Wesco, and Moore, with a splattering of Sapp or Patt-Henry.
If we see that, everything else has taken care of itself.

I’d like to see us hitting open receivers in the middle, the flat, and perimeter. And some jet sweep and wheel routes. And since I’m greedy as ####. Some variety on the run plays.

I’d like to see at least a modicum of resistance from the App St. defense, to which we respond with sustained drives and variation in our passing distribution and run scheming.
Throwing bomb passes against Sunday school defenses does not interest me in light of the goals we still have before us this season.

The offense finally look like they even halfway know how to move the ball … and beating a team easily like this, I feel like we haven’t done that in a while. And I know app state is no push over but the spread says ppl think we are a two td favorite so it would be nice to win a game by like 28 we are supposed to again and get on a roll maybe
