The ACC Is A Basketball Conference

So, the reason the genius, Swofford got a great deal for the ACC's TV rights with ESPN was because, well, the ACC is a basketball conference. Apparently, according to the article, had it not been, it wouldn't have gotten very much for the FB side. This article has to further rub salt in the wounds of the so called FB schools. So retaining tier 3 rights for BB and not FB now makes sense from Swofford's viewpoint.
