I may have a few more aches and pains, but overall I can’t complain. If I can be as healthy as my 95 year old parents, it’ll be a great life for the next 30 or so years.
I’ve got a busy schedule coming up… in April I have my yearly fishing and golf trips with buddies. My wife and I are going by ourselves to Yellowstone and the Tetons in May, and then to Scotland and Ireland with friends in September.
Next year will be the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Life is good…

Same…we’ve only been to Maui once, but would have stayed if we could afford it. Watching the sunset on Haleakala was awesome (heard the sunrise is awesome as well). The road to Hana drive was awesome…but I did it in a rented minivan…white knuckles doesn’t even begin to describe it…that drive easily took years off my life..haha.

Pig I lived in Hawaii for 4 years, the best that I can describe Hawaii is that it's A W E S O M E every day, night, spring, summer, fall, and winter. The only bad that I found in Hawaii was that living there was really expensive, but I was lucky bc my wife was an Army nurse 1st Lieutenant, and we lived in base housing with free electricity. Plus, we done most all of our shopping on Hickam Airforce base and that was a huge help that made living in Hawaii affordable for my wife and me. I really hated leaving when our 4 years was up, and I still miss living there. I made some great local Hawaiian friends that I still stay in contact with 3 or 4 times a year...

You need to go to Iceland first then fly to UK...we did that last year...it was great!
We included Wales, Scotland and England...make sure you don't get stuck in Endenburg...visit the castle...Iceland was best part of trip...get a local guide...if you need info about a guide let me know..

I'm 63 too.  Except I'm 11 months older than you. I'll be 64 on the last day of March. People born on the last day of a month are pretty cool.
Btw, I hope to visit Yellowstone and a couple of other places and fish and camp when I retire in 3 years.
Oh, and I watched a Netflix documentary last weekend about Gabby Petito and her fiance that were traveling across the country and visiting national parks and apparently he killed her near the Tetons and drove the van back to Florida by himself. Interesting story.

I don’t eat as healthy as my parents, but I’m not unhealthy either. I’m trying to get healthier each day, but that is a challenge. I sold my business a couple of years ago, and that has allowed my wife and I to do the things we always dreamed of.

Dang, I will be 71 in June and you are making me feel old! Like you, I’m still going strong running my business, traveling all over the world with the wide, waterskiing, barefoot waterskiing , snow skiing, running 10ks, etc. We gotta stay young, even if the calendar says we’re getting older, right?
