Still can't find it. Wiki gives me this;

List doesn't give the severity of NCAA punishments. U of Coot's threat of almost getting a wrist slap is the same as Penn State's multi year bowl ban according to this list. Team page links aren't much help there. Anybody have a link to who's under bowl bans and probation in the next season? Thank you.
