I'll believe it when I see it, but apparently he's on a social media rant today in violation of the newly reinstated gag order against him, which could land him in the pokey.

Probably, but the first time will at least get him a night in jail. The second probably gets him a week...if he persists after that, one supposes he might wind up in jail until his trial date.
This could be entertaining. The long arm of the law mislikes tomfoolery. Having been a tomfool a time or two myself, I can attest.

Who do you think turned him in for hoarding classified documents? If it comes to prison at the end of one of these trials, he’ll have bodyguards in there with him. Hard to see how he doesn’t get prison for the documents.

Hillary didn’t have any documents. It was some emails that were sent to her on an unclassified system, unmarked, that were determined to be classified by some adc reviewing them years later. A couple had (c) annotations to mark classified portions, but you don’t do that within an unc email.
Trump hoarded thousands of classified paper documents with clear markings. None of which he is authorized to see. He’s the only living former president without a security clearance.

Obama has ~ 33 million confidential documents in his possession.
NARA has been asking ‘pretty please, would you let us have them’ for 7 years and counting; Bari Obama won’t bother replying.
Also, it is coming to light that Biden admin had been working with NARA to change the rules about presidential possession of confidential documents. This change was enacted a few months ago; shortly after the change DoJ hit Trump with the classified documents indictment.
