Yet … the prosecution was able to use an incorrect venue (DC) for the grand jury indictment work. Upon realizing the ‘mistake,’ the FL grand jury had the ceremonial role of reading the (DC) grand jury’s decision to indict.
S.FL judge, if she were a partisan, would have thrown out the entire grand jury verdict and essentially said ‘make me’ to a higher court to accept the DC grand jury’s work.
