The problem at Jacksonville is Doug Pederson. Eventually he will be fired. Except for the Philadelphia
Eagles' SB win with Nick Foles sudden luck, Pederson's record is not stellar as a HC. His overall average record is 9-8 over 8 years as a Head Coach. very average in spite of the Super Bowl win. 62-59-1 (total record) over that 8 year span so far. Barely above .500 He is very average.

I’d trade him. I love him as a Tiger alum but his usefulness in the nfl is almost over. I dropped him today in fantasy after drafting him 43rd. It made me sad. Bigsby is a better option as a very low end flex. ETN isn’t a viable flex option anymore. Especially when I have Kyren Williams, Johnathan Taylor, David Montgomery, and Derrick Henry. I have that rare four RB lineup that works well. My WR are AJ Brown, CeeDee Lamb, Garrett Wilson, Keon Coleman (avg 9.25 non-ppr ppg last four games), Mike Evans (IR), and Nico Collins (IR).

Unfortunately, with Jerry as a GM - the Cowboys are a dumpster fire. Can’t run (no O-Line) and a D that can’t stop the run. He could have signed Dak to a long term contract for $45 million but waited until this season started at 60 million. No money now for anyone else. They won’t make the playoffs and are now the laughing stock of the league. Good luck to him if he goes …

Should have let Dak walk before his last ridiculous over compensation. Will never win a thing with Dak without lots of help and can’t afford help because they’re paying Dak twice what he’s worth
