Too many fairweather Tiger Baseball fans at DKS Sunday

Where were our fans when we played Charlotte on Sunday? Bakich even alluded to this when he got interviewed after the game and repeatedly praised fans for our attendance on SATURDAY night and didn’t say a word about fan support on Sunday or all weekend. He can’t say it, so I will, FAN SUPPORT SUCKED ON SUNDAY. Our team must have felt betrayed by us. DKS was 3/4 full and the game was sold out. I get it, some people have conflicts and can’t come. No problem, SELL YOUR DANG TICKETS through Ticketmaster, Stub Hub, Doug, or Robert, so that a fan can sit in your seats! Tell Doug or Robert (ticket resellers, I don’t want to call them scalpers because they are not) to only sell your tickets to Tiger fans. This especially applies to those of you that have premier seating.
In addition to this, many of those that were there Sunday were still asleep from Saturday night’s game. DKS was dead when our team needed a 10’th man to help them. I turned around at one point in the game and raised my hands to get people to stand up and cheer and fans looked at me like, “what, you want me to stand up”. Really?
Bottom line: On Sunday DKS was 3/4 full and the volume wasn’t even close to the Tenn. game. Don’t ask the team to give 100% if you are not willing to give 100% as a fan that attends the game.
THANK YOU FOR A GREAT SEASON TIGERS! OLD YOUR HEADS HIGH. I’m looking forward to seeing Team 127.

There were 1000's of tickets available on the secondary ticket market for Sunday. I'm sure some people were turned off by the absolutely unacceptable situation with tickets for the regional. Some entity, probably linked to ticket master, bought 1000's of tickets from IPTAY prior to them being available to the public and jacked the price up by 3-4x face value.
I had to wait until Friday morning to buy decent tickets for the Friday game that were only marked up 2x. What was face value $30-$40!? People were selling tickets for as high as $200+ per ticket to Fridays 1pm game! I'm surprised anybody came this past weekend with that kind of BS going on.

I was a fair weather fan and I was watching from home! 5 hours of baseball late into the night on Saturday made it very difficult to get fired up to do it all over again 13 hours later.

have their priorities in order. They should've know better and not lost that game with the bases loaded and no outs. Get a bunt on the ground and go home for the 6 o'clock tip on Sunday.

Do you really expect football fans to turn out for a game with Furman just like one with Georgia?
Baseball is the same.
